Every three months, Recycling Works holds a glass recycling drop-off event in the parking lot of Imagine Nation Brewing. These events allow the Missoula community, as well as those in surrounding rural areas, the opportunity to recycle their glass rather than it ending up in the landfill.
Our next glass drop-off event is on Sunday, December 3rd from 9am-2pm at Imagine Nation Brewing Co.
We're in need of volunteers to help with unloading glass from vehicles, estimating glass volume, and collecting donations.
Volunteer shifts are approximately two hours long. We typically need 5-6 volunteers per shift. (These events have been getting busier so the more volunteers we have the better!)
The shifts are: 8:30am-10:30am, 10:15am-12:15pm, and 12:00pm-2:00pm. At this time, we need more help on the 2nd and 3rd shift.
If you're interested in helping out, please let us know your first and second choice shift in your message.
Volunteers are also encouraged to bring their glass to recycle for free.
