Join us in celebrating gardening and growing together by planting your garden on the Great Day of Planting! Across Missoula, at each of our ten community garden sites, we will provide some free seeds, free starts, and free help from volunteers and gardening experts in the community. We’ll need lots of volunteers that day, click HERE to sign up to help out.
If you garden at home, we also encourage you to join us by planting your own garden on this day. Missoula’s average last frost is May 18th, so this is the perfect time of year to plant tomatoes, peppers, and squash, along with everything else if you haven't already...We’ll provide more gardening tips through our blog, workshops and social as The Great Day approaches!
