Every three months, Recycling Works holds a glass recycling drop-off event in the parking lot of Imagine Nation Brewing. These events allow the Missoula community, as well as those in surrounding rural areas, the opportunity to recycle their glass rather than it ending up in the landfill.
Our next drop-off event is on Sunday, September 11th from 9am-2pm at Imagine Nation Brewing.
We are in need of volunteers to help with unloading glass from vehicles, estimating glass volume, as well as collecting donations.
Volunteer shifts are approximately two hours long. We typically need 4-5 volunteers per shift.
The shifts are as follows: 8:30am-10:30am, 10:15am-12:15pm, and 12:00pm-2:00pm.
9/8 UPDATE: 8:30am-10:30am shift is full. We just need a few more volunteers!
If you're interested in helping out, please let us know your first and second choice shift in your message.
Volunteers are also encouraged to bring their glass to recycle for free.
