To spread the word about our upcoming educational spring break and summer camps, we've ordered brochures to be printed full of information on camps for different ages, and about our scholarship program! These brochures will be delivered at the Clay Studio by February 9, so volunteers can pick up a stack from the studio after they arrive. If they come earlier, we'll send out an email to let volunteers know they can stop by sooner!
We know not everyone is tuned into social media, so we use this traditional method of spreading information so more parents will know about these great creative opportunities for their kids! If many people can deliver just one or two stacks of brochures, the task is easy and super quick! Even easier if you can drop off a stack someplace you're already planning to be. This really helps us build enrollment in our youth programs, which helps our camps fill and run!
We ask each volunteer to take a small stack of brochures and deliver them to a location where parents seeking spring break and summer camps for their kids might see them. If you sign up to volunteer, our education and outreach coordinator Kelly Seitz will reach out via email and ask you which location(s) you can deliver to so we can keep track of where the brochures go and prevent double drops (we don't want to spam local places either)!
