Train-the-Trainer Health Education Opportunity

Join our Train-the-Trainer program! This is a new, powerful way to expand the reach and impact of health education by equipping individuals to become educators in their own communities. Our participants receive specialized training, tools, and resources at no cost to deliver engaging, evidence-based health education on important topics such as skin cancer prevention, teen driving, and medicine safety to help address the leading causes of injury and disease in Montana. As a participant of Train-the-Trainer, you will receive training and ongoing support, health and safety education experience, and access to turn-key materials to use in your community. For example, our Be Sun Smart program is designed to educate individuals of all ages about the causes of skin cancers like melanoma, while empowering them to take proactive steps to protect themselves from harmful sun exposure. Similarly, our OTC Medicine Safety program helps people understand how to safely store, dose, and dispose of medications, enabling them to safely and confidently manage over-the-counter medications for themselves and others.
